Windows Image cleanup 2017-05-02

Windows 10 and above keeps a lot of packages from updates and installations, which cannot be cleaned with the Disk cleanup tool. Here are two commands that do a rigorous cleanup (Attention: Breaks your Snapshot / Rollback / Save Point!)
